He transitioned from an IT professional to a successful entrepreneur, managing a vast team and driving the company's growth to over 1000 employees. As a philanthropist, he also serves as Chairman of the TANA Foundation

T. Suman, associated with Hallmark Group since 2004, heads its operations in India and the US, focusing on strategic goals and performance targets. He successfully facilitated organizational change and invested in Scalene People Solutions LLC, an end-to-end Talent Acquisition company. He partnered with Talluri Spinning Mill, based in Khammam District, Telangana, with 22848 spindles.

A post graduate in software systems from BITS-Pilani, Prasad is passionate about technology and education. He has more than 30 years of experience in software development, delivery and training. He leads Hallmark Learning Labs team as Director.
