We at Hallmark Learning Labs continuously strive to apply modern technology for improving the learning outcomes of students. Since inception in 2013 it has been our endeavor to build an assessment solution that can bring forth actionable insights on a student’s learning outcomes.
Our team worked on the application of Item Response Theory in computer aided testing and created an assessment system for measuring a candidate’s performance along several dimensions. The assessment system proved to be very effective in identifying gaps in students’ achievement of learning outcomes.
In 2015, we have created the self-learning web portal www.myprogresscard.com for the benefit of students appearing for competitive examinations. This has been very popular with more than a million registered users.
The assessment system is enhanced further by adding AI enabled reporting system and dashboards. The system can diagnose a candidate’s competency and generate actionable insights. In 2017, we have created a gamified self-learning platform www.compete.etutor.co specifically targeted at students appearing for Engineering and Medical entrance exams.
Thousands of students subscribed to the service and got benefited. Many students reported percentiles of 90 and above in the Joint Entrance Examination.
Many private and government educational institutions have adopted our assessment system as a remedial education mechanism. Most of the customers have reported 30 – 40% improvement in results and performance.
Over the years we have extended the system with several features and created an integrated technological eco-system for academia. Our services span the length and breadth of the country from Ladakh to Kerala and Gujarat to Manipur. Many prestigious schools, colleges and universities are among our clientele.
